CultureFly is the brainchild behind the scenes that created the Pusheen Box, The Nick Box, Star Wars Galaxy Box, and more.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and highly organized Sales Assistant / Junior Salesperson to support and grow our Club, Target, and Off-Price business.This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales and account management. You’ll start out by being carefully trained by an account executive on the operational and administrative side of the business while working directly with major retail accounts and internal teams with the AE. Over time, the expectation is that this person grows into owning accounts and helping drive new business opportunities. This role will involve traveling to see buyers You will work closely with leadership across multiple product categories including toys/collectibles, tech, and gifting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare item setups, spec sheets, and retailer submissionsSupport meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-upTake detailed meeting notes and help drive next stepsHelp manage order flow from PO entry through shippingCoordinate product requests, artwork, and item tracking through Airtable and Monday.comWork closely with design, product development, operations, and production to track progressResearch and identify new buyer opportunities. Constantly thinking about new opportunities for buyers Assist with outreach strategies to help grow existing and new accountsLearn retailer systems and processes across Target, Club, and Off-Price channelsGradually take on more ownership of customer relationships and accountsQualificationsSelf-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative1+ year of wholesale, retail, sales support, or account management experience preferred is a plusExperience with retailer systems such as Target or Costco is a plusExtremely organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-through skillsInterested in building a career in sales and account managementWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone hungry to learn, grow, and eventually take ownership of major accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, highly organized, and excited to contribute beyond the basic responsibilities of the role.Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 Assistant Compensation
