Accounts Payables SpecialistVersaDesk is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is responsible for managing outgoing payments, processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and helping ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage vendor invoices and outgoing paymentsReview invoices for accuracy and proper approvalMaintain organized accounts payable records and documentationReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesCoordinate with vendors regarding payment inquiriesAssist with expense tracking and financial reportingWork closely with internal departments regarding billing and approvalsSupport general accounting and administrative tasks as neededQualifications35 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related role requiredA degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with spreadsheets and financial dataGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesExperience with QuickBooks, Excel, or accounting software is a plusSelf-motivated and dependableAt VersaDesk, we operate at the intersection of e-commerce innovation and American manufacturing excellence.
