The Cycle Counter/Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity by ensuring correct delivery, performing cycle counts, random audits and reconciliation of inventory variances. Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform work within takt/cycle timePerform work per work instructionsProvide and process movement of material to point of useKeep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, as well as keeping material around the assembly line in order and neatInform proper personnel of material shortageEnter Received material in the computer and maintain and order shipping suppliesCheck in and place materials from other cellsPull parts for other cells and transfer in the computer and enter scraptickets (ST)Train others in all areasPhysically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventoryUpdate transactions in computer systemCycle count processEnter scrap ticketsOperate forkliftAdhere to all safety requirements in the work areaPractice 5SsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprintsBasic math skillsKnowledge of Dynamics AX Material Handler and Cycle Inventory MenuCertified forklift operatorEducation and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience as a material handler preferred Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
