The Role You'll take full responsibility for delivering ground-up commercial construction projects from site mobilization through to completion, ensuring every project is completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Projects include: Ground-Up Medical & Healthcare Facilities Clubhouses Commercial Buildings Corporate Offices Private Developments Other Ground-Up Commercial Projects What We're Looking For Experience delivering projects from start to finish. A stable employment history with reputable General Contractors. Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety and quality. A commitment to delivering exceptional projects. Experience in healthcare or medical construction is highly desirable, but candidates with strong commercial, hospitality, clubhouse or other ground-up project experience are encouraged to apply.
