Cyber Security Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Awareness Program Analyst to join our team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will be a key driver of our "human firewall," providing operational and execution support for enterprise-wide cybersecurity training. From managing phishing simulations to crafting awareness campaigns, you will help ensure our workforce is equipped to defend against evolving digital threats.What You’ll DoExecute Campaigns: Support the rollout of role-based training, phishing simulations, and global awareness initiatives.Research & Content: Conduct research on emerging cyber risks and industry best practices to keep training materials current and impactful.Program Maintenance: Update and maintain documentation, training materials, and vendor partnerships to ensure seamless program delivery.Metrics & Reporting: Track program effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to leadership.Audit & Compliance: Ensure all training activities align with organizational standards and support various audit requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Cybersecurity SMEs, internal learning teams, and external vendors to align awareness goals with technical security needs.What You’ll Need (Qualifications)Experience: Proven experience supporting structured training programs or cybersecurity awareness initiatives within a corporate environment.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, digestible content.Organization: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.Technical Familiarity: Understanding of common cybersecurity risks (e.g., social engineering, phishing) and how they impact a global workforce.Collaboration: A "team-first" mentality with the ability to work effectively across different departments and seniority levels.
