Quality Assurance Tech

Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee sanitation, production, packing, and shipping processes in accordance with the Food Safety Program and HACCP. Ensure proper documentation of procedures. Constant visual inspection of premises, looking for potential hazards and maintenance issues. Ensure that all proper GMP procedures are adhered to by all departments and visitors. Receiving and labeling of raw materials. Assist with Pro-Op Inspections when needed. Requirements: Bilingual: English & Spanish Minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work independently
