Board-Certified Psychiatrist Lexington, Kentucky | In-PersonElsmere Psychiatry Group is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join its expanding clinical team in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care within a highly collaborative, team-based care model.Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: A competitive compensation package commensurate with market standards and experience, including potential revenue-sharing opportunities. • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans • Employer-sponsored malpractice insurance coverage • Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure designed to streamline workflow and reduce physician burdenPosition Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management • Deliver care across inpatient units and outpatient clinic settings • Collaborate closely with an integrated care team including nursing, therapists, and social workers • Participate in individualized treatment planning and discharge coordination • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) • Participate in on-call rotation as requiredQualifications • MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency • Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) • Active, unrestricted Kentucky medical license • Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skillsWork Environment • Location: On-site / In-person • Physician-led practice setting focused on delivering high-quality behavioral health care
