ROLE SUMMARY:The Resident Experience Coordinator creates a welcoming atmosphere, assists residents, and provides tours for new prospects. This role enhances the luxury apartment experience by applying RMS Companies' hospitality expertise to create a hotel-like experience for renters. The Resident Experience Coordinator reports to the Property Manager.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous ambassador of the building and RMS brandPlan and host resident eventsGive tours of the building and units to prospective renters – both walk-ins and appointmentsWork in coordination with leasing administrators in Headquarters office to secure leases and fill vacanciesAssist and welcome residents moving into the buildingMonitor the building for maintenance needs and communicate to Maintenance StaffMonitor inbound email, social, and telephone inquiries and respond in a timely manner with the requested information – track and organize all informationWork with the back-office staff on any payment issuesOrganize mail & packagesMonitor parking garageEnforce community rulesEstablish partnerships and engage the local communityHandle ad-hoc tasks as neededROLE REQUIREMENTSHospitality experience preferredOutgoing personalityPositive energy and willingness to learnTraining will be providedThis is a full-time position, and candidates must have ability shifts 9am-6pm or 3pm-11pm, including weekends. Pay rate: $23.00/hr + discretionary bonus
