Learn more at Careers | Lakeview Center (elakeviewcenter.org). Short Term Residential (SRT) is a 20-bed inpatient facility for Adults with Serious Mental Illness. Treatment is provided by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in conjunction with the wishes and needs of the people served. This position is responsible for but is not limited to: Establishing a positive helping relationship with people receiving services. Assisting those receiving services to complete activities of daily living, including accessing needed resources, and building functional, pro-social relationships with others. Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those receiving services. Implementing specific interventions according to the person's treatment or service plan. Monitoring and documenting the person's progress. Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Must be able to obtain provided CPR certification. Must be able to pass provided CPI training. Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families, as required. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work other behavioral health programs as needed. Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy. Compensation:Base pay ranges from $15.00 - $16.12 an hour based on experience. Plus, shift differential pays $2.00 - $4.00 an hour if applicable.
