Must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment including knife handling. Responsible for maintaining a clean cooking and working area. Must maintain a neat a professional appearance and manner.Job Duties Responsible for prep work of main kitchen and banquet kitchens. Including a.m. line, p.m. line, and special functions Responsible for plating of salads and desserts Responsible for preparing and plating items from hot line Responsible for cleanliness of work area Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform Other duties as assignedReports ToExecutive Chef & Sous ChefRequirementsPosition Requirements:Must be able to lift 30lbsMust have intermediate knife skills & general knowledge of kitchen basics and standards of safetyMust be able to stand, walk, etc. for 6-8 hours at a time.Part-time or Full-time
