The successful candidate will bring experience within factoring, asset-based lending, commercial banking, or specialty finance and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of business development experience within factoring, asset-based lending, commercial banking, or specialty financeEstablished referral network including accountants, attorneys, bankers, consultants, and financial intermediaries throughout Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Strong financial statement analysis and credit evaluation skillsProven ability to source, develop, and close new business opportunitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilitiesSelf-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teamsWillingness to travel throughout the greater Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions and attend industry-related events and conferencesCompensation & BenefitsMilberg Factors offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based incentives, healthcare benefits, car allowance, paid vacation, and profit sharing.
