The purpose of this position is to complete duties assigned to provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.Responsibilities Include:Follow menus and prepare food and beveragesOrganize duties to complete tray service in a timely mannerAssure kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized according to dietary proceduresStore food in compliance with dietary proceduresAssist in preparing, covering, and labeling foodPerform other related duties as directed by his/her supervisorMust be available on weekendsQualifications:One year of experience in a dietary positionAt least 18 years of age
