This role focuses on sourcing and evaluating strong, well-capitalized franchise partners; structuring realistic multi-unit development commitments; and ensuring growth plans are financially sound and executable. You will partner closely with Franchise Development, Franchise Administration, Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing to translate market opportunity and unit economics into thoughtful growth decisions that support sustainable net unit growth and long-term brand health.Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and award of high-quality franchise partners capable of executing multi-unit development agreementsDrive disciplined franchise growth by structuring realistic, well-capitalized development commitments aligned with long-term brand strategyCreate and maintain long-term relationships required to facilitate large investment opportunities Partner with Franchise Marketing to build and maintain a strong, qualified franchisee pipeline in priority marketsManage the development agreement process from initial qualification through award and onboardingEvaluate franchise candidates’ financial strength, liquidity, and long-term development capacityTranslate market opportunity, whitespace analysis, and unit economics into credible growth narrativesUnderwrite franchisee development plans, pacing, and return expectations prior to awarding agreementsCollaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, and Operations to assess feasibility, timelines, and execution riskBring a practical understanding of real estate development into growth decisions to ensure agreements convert into opened schoolsFacilitate cross-functional communication to support a successful “lead to award to opening” lifecycleAbility to travel up to 50% of the time; travel may be minimal in some months and frequent in others based on business needsWho We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business preferred3–5+ years of experience in franchise development, growth strategy, finance, or a related fieldExperience with multi-unit franchise development or franchise sales preferredStrong business and financial acumen, including evaluating unit economics and development returnsExperience working directly with franchisees, owner-operators, or sophisticated investorsWorking understanding of real estate or development fundamentalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable operating in ambiguity with high accountability and ownershipProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMBA a plus, but not requiredWhat You Will GetCommission or bonuses based on personal and company performance 50% tuition reimbursement for up to three children and/or one grandchild at any Primrose School Full-time team members are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance401k with company matching up to 3.5% and company provided life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program
