Outside Sales teams will promote our services at local events as well as home shows and will canvass neighborhoods in our territory as a unified team of representatives. They work together and support one another as they strive to meet both shared and individual goals and set qualified appointments for our In-home Sales Consultants.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working indoors/outdoors, and representing a growing brand in local communities and at local events.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule Qualified Roofing Inspection AppointmentsInitiate friendly conversations with community members and provide detailed information and or suggestions.Track interactions, gather leads, and report activity using mobile devicesProvide accurate, honest representation of the brand with a focus on professionalismAttend team briefings and regularly update the team on outreach performanceAttend Home Show and other Events in the local areaFollow company guidelines regarding privacy, data collection, and customer interactionQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environmentsBasic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific softwareMust have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePrior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive Hourly Pay + Performance Based IncentivesOn-Target Earnings: $43,680 - $70,000 depending on performanceFull time hours- 32-40 per weekOpportunities to grow into sales or leadership rolesA fun, people-focused role that makes a visible impact on our communityTraining and ongoing support from an experienced marketing teamCompensation & Benefits DisclosureCompensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position.
