We are looking for an experienced *Construction Superintendent* to provide consistent leadership and ownership in the field as our company continues to grow. *About the Position:* The Superintendent will serve as an extension of company leadership on active construction projects and will be responsible for leading day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands that a successful Superintendent is more than a manager. We are looking for someone who leads by example, plans ahead, communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and takes pride in the quality of the finished project. The Superintendent will work closely with company leadership, in-house carpentry crews, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients to keep projects organized, safe, on schedule, and built to our standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on active jobsites. * Provide direction and support to in-house carpentry crews. * Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade partners. * Maintain a consistent and professional presence on the jobsite. * Develop and maintain 4-week look-ahead schedules and plan upcoming work proactively. * Coordinate inspections, deliveries, material pickups, and other jobsite activities. * Identify potential scheduling, material, manpower, or construction issues before they become delays. * Communicate project progress, challenges, and field conditions with company leadership. * Monitor workmanship and maintain the company's standards for quality construction. * Maintain organized, clean, secure, and safe jobsites. * Verify that completed work is properly protected from damage and weather. * Ensure tools, equipment, materials, and jobsites are properly secured at the end of each workday. * Coordinate daily workflow between crews and subcontractors. * Help ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, project requirements, and accepted construction best practices. * Assist with problem-solving and field decisions as construction conditions change. * Maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, inspectors, and company personnel. * Represent Len Weeks Construction Design Development professionally on every jobsite. * Take ownership of the project rather than simply completing assigned tasks. * Perform other field leadership and construction responsibilities as needed. *What We Are Looking For:* We are looking for a Superintendent who takes genuine pride in building. Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Contractor, Foreman, or experienced construction leadership backgrounds may be a strong fit for this opportunity. *Schedule & Field Presence:* This is a full-time, salaried Superintendent position. Our field crews typically work 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and the Superintendent is expected to maintain a consistent and visible presence during working hours.
