Role Overview: As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the services provided to individuals with I/DD. You will serve as both an advocate and an ally, working closely with a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support. This role also involves providing direct support to individuals and guiding them towards self-directed living.
