Credibility is our greatest asset.Patient-Centered Impact: Every decision must measurably improve patient care, adherence, or outcomes.Make the Derm the Hero: We enable dermatologists to expand their impact and practice value without adding workload.Measurable Value: We prove our impact with data—for dermatologists, brands, and patients—and double down on what works.The Role: Program Operations ManagerThis is a high-accountability execution role reporting directly to the Head of Operations.You will independently own the execution of AIRE’s core operational programs — especially across EDU activations - education & sampling programs, and cross-functional initiatives tied to Marketplace and Skinstore.You are not here to “coordinate meetings.”You are here to run programs end-to-end, reduce friction, and ensure initiatives ship cleanly, on time, and with measurable results.This role is ideal for a startup operator who thrives in ambiguity, loves building structure, and takes pride in operational excellence.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-End Program ExecutionOwn execution of EDU brand activations (sampling /webinar /UGCs → survey → sampling workflows)Build and manage detailed project plans across product, partnerships, marketing, CS, and logisticsIdentify risks early and drive resolutionEnsure all deliverables are completed without leadership chasingOperational Systems & Workflow StandardizationTurn repeat initiatives into structured templates and playbooksStandardize workflows across EDU, Marketplace, and SkinstoreReduce manual friction and increase execution speedImprove processes after each launch cycleReporting & KPI TrackingMaintain program dashboards and KPI trackersMonitor inventory, survey completion, and brand deliverablesProduce clear, concise performance summariesSurface operational gaps and recommend improvementsCross-Functional Execution ManagementServe as the operational owner for assigned initiativesCoordinate internal teams and external partnersEnsure deadlines are met and communication is clearClose loops — nothing slips through cracksDocumentation & Operational HygieneMaintain clean JIRA & excel tracking systemsDocument SOPs and workflowsEnsure visibility into project status at all timesWhat Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)EDU programs run without constant oversightStandardized execution templates are implementedLeadership involvement in follow-ups decreases significantlyBrand reporting is structured and consistentOperational gaps are proactively identified and improvedWho You AreExecution-Obsessed – You close loops.
