Sales Administrator📍 Port Washington, NY (On-site)🏢 SafaviehSafavieh, a leading global home furnishings brand, is seeking an entry-level Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced e-commerce team at our Port Washington, NY headquarters. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the furniture and home décor industry. Candidates with experience at Wayfair, Amazon, Chewy, or in a retail vendor/marketplace role will hit the ground running — we'd love to hear from you.Starting at $25/hr, negotiable based on experience. Commission eligibility after 6 months.This is a fully on-site position — 5 days per week at our Port Washington headquarters.What You’ll Do- Manage and maintain digital product catalogs across major retail partners (Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's)- Update pricing, product attributes, and internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail- Use Excel daily (VLOOKUPs, formulas, data validation, pivot tables) to support reporting and operations- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including ensuring orders are processed correctly and shipped on time- Update and monitor inventory to support smooth sales flow- Assist in creating and coordinating promotions across multiple retail platforms- Support internal teams and communicate professionally with retailer contacts and partners- Help build weekly and monthly sales performance recaps and account summaries- Identify opportunities to improve catalog quality and customer experience across online retail channelsWhat We’re Looking For- Bachelor's degree preferred- Prior experience at Wayfair, Amazon, Chewy, or in an e-commerce/retail vendor role strongly preferred- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, filtering, pivot basics)- Familiarity with retailer portals and vendor management systems is a major plus- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you notice what others miss- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Experience in home goods, furniture, or rugs is a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer- $25/hr + commission (eligible after 6 months) — negotiable based on experience- 401(k) with 2% company match- Medical, dental, and vision benefits- Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time- Employee discount on Safavieh products- Free parking on-site- Casual dress code and corporate perks- Company shuttle to/from Port Washington LIRR station- Bagels every other morning 🥯
