Works jointly with the director, physicians and staff to develop the department's mission, vision, values, goals, policies, and procedures. In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently perform systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.RequirementsAHA ACLS within 180 days.AHA ACLS within 180 daysAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
