This is a strong opportunity for an RN seeking a more structured, daytime role outside of a traditional bedside hospital setting.The position is based in a low-acuity residential environment supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The RN will play an important role in care coordination, clinical oversight, communication, and helping ensure residents receive appropriate ongoing support.What You’ll DoProvide nursing oversight within an Adult Residential Services settingSupport care planning, care coordination, and clinical follow-up for residentsMonitor resident status and help ensure appropriate interventions and communicationWork closely with staff, families, and outside providers as neededHelp maintain documentation, organization, and compliance with care standardsSupport a stable, team-based environment focused on continuity of careWhat We’re Looking ForActive Registered Nurse (RN) licenseNursing experience in residential services, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, long-term care, community health, or a related setting is a plusStrong communication and documentation skillsComfortable in a lower-acuity, non-bedside environmentOrganized, dependable, and able to work well with interdisciplinary teamsSchedule / CompensationFull-time or part-time options availableDay-shift scheduleCompensation around $90,000 annually for full-time equivalent, depending on experience and scheduleInterested in hearing more?
