The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the MLOps strategy, building scalable infrastructure for real-time ML decisioning systems, and ensuring the security, reliability, and compliance of production deployments. Key responsibilities include team leadership, technical guidance in ML model design and deployment, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in the integration of ML into products and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Applicants for the Head of MLOps position at the company should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a PhD being a plus, and have at least 7 years' of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or related areas. A strong technical background is essential, including expertise in Python, SQL, NoSQL, microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
