PeopleSoft HRMS Project Manager

Role: PeopleSoft HRMS Project ManagerLocation: Bay Area, CA (Onsite)Duration: 6+ MonthsOverview: We are seeking a strong, seasoned PeopleSoft HRMS Project Manager to lead and manage HRMS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in PeopleSoft HRMS implementations/support, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects in an onsite environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HRMS project delivery (planning, execution, go-live)Manage stakeholders, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate with functional and technical teamsEnsure alignment with HR business processes and system capabilitiesDrives issue resolution, risk management, and status reportingRequired Skills:Extensive experience as a Project Manager in PeopleSoft HRMSStrong understanding of HRMS modules and business processesProven track record of successful project deliveryExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:Local to Bay Area and available for onsite workPrior experience working with County/Public Sector clients
