Pay & Shift $18–$20/hour, depending on experience Shift Differential for off-shift hours Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am About the Role Machine Operators ensure the safe, efficient operation of equipment used to manufacture high-quality weatherstripping and specialty products. After completing training, operators are responsible for keeping machines running accurately and supporting technicians with troubleshooting, changeovers, and basic maintenance. Primary Responsibilities Safety Follow all standard safety procedures Support plant safety initiatives Quality Perform in-process quality inspections Ensure product meets specification tolerances Document inspections and alert technicians to issues Productivity Follow standard work for assigned priorities Set up/recalibrate equipment following GMPs and SOPs Notify technicians of production issues Load raw materials; remove finished product Make minor machine adjustments and repairs Documentation Record downtime, scrap, repairs, and machine status accurately Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic reading, math, and writing skills 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, stoop/squat, climb stairs, and reach Lift/move up to 50 lbs Work in a loud environment Apply Today — Interviews Are Happening Now!
