Move as one.Growth through humilityRole SummaryAs a Junior Coach, you will provide high-quality, personalized coaching that supports clients in reaching their fitness goals. You’ll deliver individual and small group instruction, build relationships that drive client retention, and help foster a positive, unified gym culture. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the broader team and contributing to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Client ExperienceDeliver 25–35 coaching hours per week, including adult small group training and athlete classesFollow all Coaching Standards (Standard Coach, Standard Session, Standard Experience)Implement and coach workouts based on scientifically structured programmingBuild strong client relationships to support retention and progress trackingArrive on time and fully prepared for all coaching responsibilitiesTeam Support & DevelopmentAttend and contribute to weekly staff meetings and Coach-the-Coach sessionsLead Coach-the-Coach sessions per the quarterly calendar (once onboarded; Q4)Participate in quarterly events and team meetings as requestedComplete assigned professional development reading and group discussionsAttend offsite trainings or continuing education as requiredParticipate in monthly Fitness Leadership CallsBusiness Growth & OperationsPromote gym services internally and externally, including encouraging Google ReviewsAssist with onboarding new clients and fostering a mission-driven communitySupport marketing campaigns and gym eventsMaintain a clean, organized training environment and assist with daily facility upkeepAccountability & Performance TrackingComplete and submit weekly scorecards prior to staff meetingsUphold GoPerformance standards for professionalism, punctuality, and communicationIncentivesEligible for quarterly bonus opportunities based on KPIs including coaching consistency, client retention, team participation, and scorecard completion.
