Intelligence Program Manager - Sr.

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks an experienced Intelligence Program Manager to lead a large, complex intelligence support program. You will oversee contract execution, personnel, financial performance, and mission delivery while serving as the primary liaison to Government leadership. The role requires managing multidisciplinary teams and advising senior officials within the DoD or IC. You will drive milestones, risk mitigation, and executive updates, ensuring security and compliance. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape mission delivery for national security.
Responsibilities:
- Lead program execution with compliance to contracts, performance standards, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee a large, multidisciplinary workforce supporting intelligence operations
- Act as primary point of contact for Government leadership, contracting representatives, and stakeholders
- Provide executive briefings and recommendations to high-ranking officials
- Manage staffing, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance for mission continuity
- Establish milestones, deliverables, metrics, and quality standards
- Oversee financial planning, budget execution, cost control, and forecasting
- Identify and mitigate program risks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Government organizations and partners to align delivery with priorities
- Ensure personnel security compliance for handling classified information
Key requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in a related discipline
- Project Management xaygatp Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum 12 years of program management experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience interacting with high-ranking officials
- Experience managing large, complex programs with personnel, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
