Contract Details:Monday-Friday ( Part time and Full time ) Position:Customer Agent Company:Basic American Supply JOB SUMMARY : Basic American Supply is a leading supplier of high-quality products to businesses and consumers across the country. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Agent to join our team on a Full-time /Part time basis, Monday through Friday.As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to promote loyalty and retention.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customersTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficientlyMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solvingCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issuesProcess orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and proceduresKeep accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsContinuously identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to managementStay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customersAdhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellenceQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredMinimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systemsPositive attitude and strong customer service orientationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as neededAt Basic American Supply , we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
