MATLAB Simulink Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Matlab Simulink Developer with strong experience in Model-Based Design (MBD) to join our engineering team. This role involves developing algorithms and building Simulink and Stateflow models from scratch to support embedded software development for power generation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Matlab/Simulink and Stateflow models based on written requirementsCreate moderately complex algorithms using Model-Based Design techniquesDevelop models for embedded control systems used in generator sets and transfer switch controllersPerform performance simulations including steady-state, dynamic, and transient analysisWork with engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and system performanceConduct product-level testing, validation, and verificationPrepare and maintain design documentation for technical reviewsRequired Qualifications4+ years of Strong hands-on experience with Matlab, Simulink, and StateflowProven ability to build models from scratch (not just modify existing ones)Solid understanding of Model-Based Development (MBD) principlesExperience in embedded systems and control systemsKnowledge of simulation tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink, MathCAD, or similar)Experience with system testing and validationPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldExperience in power generation systems (generator sets, transfer switches, distributed power systems, etc.)Understanding of electrical systems and power system operations
