We partner with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, daycares, and community organizations to ensure children receive timely and effective support.We are expanding our presence in the Aurora area and are looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our referral network.Position SummaryThe Sales Representative will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with referral sources—including pediatricians, psychologists, clinics, daycares, schools, and other child-serving professionals. This is an in-person, community-focused role requiring regular travel throughout the Aurora region.Your goal: increase awareness of our ABA Therapy services and establish strong referral partnerships that connect families to early intervention support.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and community outreach in healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage referral relationships across physicians, schools, and community providersDevelop and strengthen partnerships with pediatricians, psychologists, daycares, and related service organizationsConduct in-person visits, presentations, drop-ins, and lunch-and-learnsEducate referral sources on ABA services, intake process, and clinical approachMaintain and grow a consistent pipeline of referral sourcesTrack outreach activity, leads, and referral outcomesRepresent the company at community events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth referral follow-throughMaintain a professional, high-energy presence in the communityProvide consistent follow-up and daily outreach updatesQualificationsPrior experience in healthcare sales, medical outreach, community relations, and similar rolesExisting relationships in Colorado healthcare and school systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable cold-calling and visiting officesAbility to build trust with medical and educational professionalsKnowledge of ABA Therapy, behavioral health, autism services, or pediatric healthcare (preferred but not required—training provided)Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based roleConsistent access to reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits$25-$30 per hourPerformance bonusesFlexible schedule (approximately 10-20 hours per week)Experience working with pediatric offices, behavioral health providers, and/or autism services is a strong plus.
