Maintenance Painter (UTO)
Maintenance PaintersThe Maintenance Painters are responsible for property and facility painting and paint repairs, unit make-readies to ensure quality standards and appealing grounds keeping. Hands-on position painting while ensuring all safety requirements are consistently met with quality standards delivered.

Perform routine painting tasks on community grounds and parking areas
Complete all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
Assist in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.

Must possess a working knowledge of residential building painting
Perform maintenance painting of wall, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors repairs, including texture painting, refinishing, etc.
Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
Must function under general supervision. Must be flexible and have integrity. Must possess the ability to effectively work with residents and staff.
We are excited about you because you
High School or GED.
Possess 1 year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or painting preferred
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
Have knowledge of knock down and orange peel techniques
