Known for delivering high-quality regional projects and fostering a people-first culture, the business offers an exciting opportunity to shape and support its workforce in a fast-paced environment.This hybrid position provides flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with senior leadership and operational teams.As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full HR function, supporting both office and field-based employees. You'll play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive, high-performing workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administrationPartner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectivesLead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives across field and office teamsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment legislationDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practicesSupport compensation, benefits, and workforce planning activitiesDrive employee engagement and culture initiativesManage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalismAdvise and support managers on HR-related topicsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, xywuqvp or a related field5+ years of HR experience, ideally within construction or a similar industryStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExperience supporting both field-based and corporate employees is advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferredAPPLY today for immediate consideration!
