Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional Security Guard Officer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment as well on proactively Vigilant. You will protect the premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.ResponsibilitiesPatrol the interior and exterior with high level of visibilityMonitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facilityRemove trespassers when necessaryMonitor floor and identify any unusual activities or unruly guestRespond to reports of suspicious activity or NuisanceReport on daily activities and any security indicatorsenforce policy and rules that the restaurant has establisheduse radio for communication exercising codesUse de-escalation methods to reduce risk and liabilityGuard will post and be a detailed observant whilee guest enjoy their time eatingapproach guest with customer service to inform them of rules and policysUse and Practice DeEscalation at all timesMust be ProactiveQualificationsPrevious experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferredStrong understanding of public safety and security proceduresExcellent communication skills and reportingHigh level of integrity and professionalismAttention to detail and strong observational skillsAbility to work without direct supervisionfull duty belt equipped (Baton, Flashlight, handcuffs)Schedule Wednesday 6pm to 1015pm Thursday 6pm 1015 Friday 5pm to 1115pm Saturday 130pm to 915pm Sunday 12pm to 8pm( Subject to Change)
