Elementary After School Sports Coach

Job Description We are looking for energetic After School Sports Coaches in the Haslet, Justin and Northlake areas!You will lead engaging and interactive sports classes for elementary aged kids. This is an introduction to sports program.Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. This position is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculumTeach sports skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of childrenMaintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participantsCommunicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or questionsModel and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and othersParticipate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills and knowledge of the company's curriculumAssist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and eventsRequirementsPrior experience working with children/toddlers/infantsPassion for working with children and helping them reach their full potentialHigh level of energy, enthusiasm, and patienceMust have reliable transportationScheduleMonday - Friday 2:30-4:30pmBenefitsStarting pay $15-$22/hourFlexible ScheduleOn-the-job TrainingEnrollment bonusesYou get paid to play!!!
