Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionHydrotech - Isaacs is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow industrial distribution sales within an assigned territory. If you enjoy solving problems, building long-term customer partnerships, and representing high-value technical products, this role gives you the autonomy and support to excel.You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth—while collaborating closely with internal teams and supplier partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience and mechanical or technical aptitude who wants to make a real impact.What You’ll DoProactively pursue and secure meetings with new and existing customersIdentify customer needs and match them with fluid power products and servicesDeliver persuasive product presentations and value-based solutionsOvercome competitive objections and position our offerings effectivelyDevelop accurate quotes and proposals with support from internal teamsUpsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value and company profitabilityBuild strong, trust-based customer relationships and maintain regular communicationCreate account plans, track opportunities, and maintain CRM recordsProvide exceptional customer service and coordinate with internal departmentsReport on sales activity, market intelligence, and new business opportunitiesWhat You Bring3+ years of inside or outside sales experienceTechnical or mechanical aptitude (fluid power experience a plus)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand customer needs and sell value-based solutionsSolid organizational, time-management, and computer skillsAbility to work independently in the field, at home, or in the officeValid driver’s license with an insurable driving recordWork Environment & ToolsApproximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for customer needsWork from office, home, or customer sitesPersonal vehicle required for customer visits (mileage reimbursed per company policy)Company-provided laptop, phone, and necessary safety gearWhy Join UsYou’ll represent respected brands, work with supportive teams, and have the freedom to grow your territory and your career.
