Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of Silicon Valley. As a Technical Program Manager at Ajmera Infotech Inc., you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of SaaS products and solutions by managing cross-functional teams, resources, and project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and QA, to ensure project goals and priorities are aligned.
Act as a point of contact between different teams and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
Understand the technical aspects of the SaaS products and solutions to effectively manage project complexities.
Collaborate with technical leads to make informed decisions and provide technical guidance when needed.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively and ensure that team members are working efficiently to achieve project goals.
Monitor and manage dependencies between various project tasks and teams.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control processes to ensure software products meet the defined standards and customer requirements.
Work with QA teams to identify and address defects and issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of project management methodologies.
Promote best practices and standards within the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the SaaS industry.
Strong project management skills, including the use of project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Solid technical understanding and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and SaaS products.
Location: San Jose, California.
