Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Set and achieve personal performance targets and goals. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Provide feedback to management on service improvements and patient needs. Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services. Experience/Qualifications Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience with evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration. Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets. Experience in monitoring and adjusting patient treatment plans. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Willingness to engage in community outreach for service promotion.
