Lead Maintenance Technician

We are a small family owned company that is seeking an experienced full time apartment maintenance technician to cover our multiple properties. Looking for a motivated individual who can work well independently as well as with others. Must have at least 1 year of previous apartment maintenance experience. Responsibilities include: -HVAC troubleshooting, repair and installation; HVAC certification required -The ability to perform plumbing, electrical and basic maintenance repairs -Completing turn work on vacant apartments -Completing work orders in occupied apartments -The ability to work independently and desire to complete jobs in a timely fashion -Company van provide for traveling between properties Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Apartment Maintenance: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) HVAC Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
