We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships, operating with urgency and integrity, and delivering a high-touch candidate and client experience.We are growing and looking to add an ambitious, relationship-driven Executive Recruiter to our team.Position OverviewThe Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across Accounting & Finance and Legal searches, partnering closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. This individual will play a key role in sourcing top talent, developing client relationships, and helping drive the continued growth of the firm.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–5 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by relationship building, business development, and uncapped earning potential.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting from intake call through offer negotiation and placementSource, recruit, and interview candidates for Accounting, Finance, and Legal opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market outreachPartner with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and position requirementsConduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified candidates to clientsCoordinate interview processes and maintain communication between candidates and clientsLead candidate debrief and pre-close conversations to assess interest and manage expectationsNegotiate compensation packages and assist in closing candidatesMaintain accurate activity and pipeline management within ATS/CRM systemsAssist with business development initiatives, market mapping, and client relationship managementRepresent Elevate Search professionally across LinkedIn and networking eventsQualifications1–5 years of recruiting experience requiredStrong preference for experience in Legal and Accounting & Finance RecruitingAgency recruiting experience strongly preferredProven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and clientsHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailSelf-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environmentAbility to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneouslyExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems preferredBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation structure with uncapped commission potentialOpportunity for rapid career growth within a growing boutique firmEntrepreneurial and collaborative team environmentFlexibility and autonomyAccess to recruiting tools, technology, and marketing supportOpportunity to work directly with high-growth companies and top-tier talentIdeal CandidateYou are someone who enjoys connecting people with opportunities, thrives in a relationship-focused sales environment, and wants to grow your career with a firm that values hustle, authenticity, and long-term partnerships.
