Join us and be part of a collaborative, global team making an impact in the coffee industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Service Technician based in Seattle, WA, with most work being performed in the US HQ located in the Original Rainier Brewery in Georgetown. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting coffee grinders and related equipment, primarily by phone, video call, and email. This role requires providing exceptional field service and customer support, ensuring end user satisfaction. Keeping detailed service records and collaborating with teams to improve efficiency and customer experience will be key tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and refurbish coffee grinders and possibly other related equipmentPerform routine maintenance and quality control checksTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with attention to detailDocument repairs and maintain accurate service recordsSupport continuous improvement of service processes and workflowsTrain and educate other technicians on repair techniques and best practicesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceQualificationsNo prior experience required—training will be providedStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with toolsAbility to think critically and solve problems independentlyDetail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workStrong communication skills and ability to teach othersReliable, self-motivated, and eager to learnAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsValid driver's licensePreferred (Not Required)Experience with mechanical repair, electronics, or technical servicePrevious experience in coffee or specialty equipmentWhat We Offer$30 per hour, full time 40 hours each week401k & health benefits available Hands-on training and skill developmentOpportunities for advancement within a growing organizationCollaborative and team-oriented work environment
