NetSuite Developer | Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin) | HybridA growing business with a mature NetSuite environment is looking for a NetSuite Developer to take on the custom development, integration work, and technical enhancements that keep the platform ahead of what the business needs.This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of NetSuite, writing clean SuiteScript, building integrations that actually hold together, and solving problems that other people find complicated. You'll work closely with the systems and finance teams across Texas, translating requirements into reliable, well-built solutions.The business takes its technology seriously. The backlog is real, the projects are interesting, and your work will have visible impact across the organisation.What you'll be doingDesign, build, and maintain SuiteScript customisations: client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, RESTlets, and Suitelet applicationsDevelop and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS toolsWork with the systems and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutionsManage and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and workflows built to support unique business processesSupport sandbox testing, UAT, and deployment processes with proper documentation and change controlDebug and resolve technical issues across customisations and integrations in a timely mannerContribute to code review, development standards, and technical documentationWhat they're looking for3+ years of NetSuite development experience with strong, demonstrable SuiteScript 2.x skillsSolid understanding of NetSuite's data model, record types, and platform capabilitiesExperience building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with iPaaS tools such as Celigo or Boomi is a strong advantageComfortable working with JavaScript and understanding of web services conceptsGood communicator who can work effectively with non-technical stakeholdersNetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certification is a plusWhat's on offerBase salary: $110,000 – $150,000 depending on experienceAnnual performance bonus of up to 12%Medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully employer-covered for you, with contribution toward dependants401(k) with 5% employer match20 days PTO plus all federal holidaysHybrid working with flexibility around project needs$2,000 annual development budget, certifications, courses, or conferencesA technically engaged team that cares about doing things properlyReal scope to grow into a senior developer or architect track over time
