Schultz Industrial is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial services projects across the West Coast. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning through execution and closeout while ensuring strong performance in safety, schedule, cost, and quality.This position works closely with field leadership, estimating, project controls, and operations teams to deliver complex projects in refinery, industrial maintenance, and turnaround environments. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & LeadershipLead full lifecycle management of industrial services projectsDevelop and execute construction and field execution plansCoordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsLead Superintendents and Site Managers across active projectsSafety & Operational ExcellencePromote a strong safety culture aligned with Schultz safety standardsEnsure compliance with all regulatory and customer safety requirementsMaintain consistent field presence at active job sitesFinancial & Commercial ManagementOwn project financial performance including job costing, forecasting, and profitabilityManage contract requirements, scope changes, and change ordersTrack and report key project performance indicatorsClient & Internal CoordinationMaintain strong relationships with customers and site leadershipPartner with Business Development, Estimating, Asset Management, and Project ControlsSupport project planning, job walks, and scope developmentContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve field productivity and standardize processesCapture lessons learned and support operational improvementsQualificationsExperience5+ years of experience managing industrial or specialty services projectsExperience in environments such as:RefineryPetrochemicalIndustrial maintenanceTurnaroundsEnergy or heavy industryBackground in scaffolding, insulation, coatings, or soft craft services preferredLeadershipExperience leading field supervisors, superintendents, or site managersStrong planning, communication, and problem-solving skillsTechnical SkillsKnowledge of job costing, project scheduling, and KPI trackingContract administration and change management experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting toolsEducationBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business preferredPMP certification is a plusOther RequirementsValid driver’s licenseAbility to travel to customer sites as needed
