Job Title: Software Engineer (Backend-Focused) – AI InfrastructureLocation: San Francisco, CA (On-Site)Job Type: Full-time What we’re looking forExperience:· 3+ years of software engineering experience at a Facebook, Amazon, Google, Meta, Apple, Netflix with a strong backend focus.· Proven ability to ship production-grade code and own features end-to-end. Signals of Technical Excellence (We evaluate strongly on one or more of these)· CS or technical degree from a top program.· Engineering experience at a company known for elite engineering rigor (including quant firms).· High achievement in competitions (IMO, IOI, ICPC).· Published or applied research in AI/ML. Hard Skills:· Strong backend engineering in Python; experience designing APIs and working with relational databases.· Experience integrating AI/ML into production systems (LLMs, LangChain, RAG, multimodal pipelines, function calling).· Familiarity with basic frontend (React) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)Docker, scalable systems.
