As a LPN/LVN you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by delivering excellent clinical care, managing patient interactions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.If you are a compassionate nurse who thrives in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment, we would love to hear from you!Essential DutiesAdminister medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.Work Experience RequirementsCurrent LPN/LVN license in OH or CompactStrong clinical and patient management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with graceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferredWhat We OfferWe offer On-Demand Pay so you can access wages you’ve already earned between paydays.
