Warehouse Operations Manager

IAQ Champs is committed to providing exceptional service and optimizing ventilation system performance for as many New York City multi family dwelling units as possible.Role Description:We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse management systems, and foster a safe and productive environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about streamlining operations, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact! This is a full-time on-site role based in Ridgewood, Queens.Responsibilities Include:* Coordinating warehouse activities* Monitoring inventory levels* Implementing operational procedures * Ensuring team efficiency and job preparedness by pulling and staging all equipment and materials for subsequent day’s job sites * Be actively involved with site scheduling based on inventory allocations * Create, distribute and verify purchase orders, agree to packing slips and confirm accurate pricing* Source, Procure, Forecast, Track and Maintain proper inventory levels of materials* Manage and update internal applications and trackers * Loading, unloading and transporting materials in warehouse and deliver parts to the job sites as needed * Review, track and assist with any necessary service adjustments and component upkeep for equipment* Keep vehicles well-equipped and in compliance with all laws and regulations* Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational and quality standards.
