This role focuses on facilitating P4 student groups, coordinating statewide training on trauma-informed practices, and collaborating closely with the Handle With Care Statewide Coordinator to ensure consistent implementation and data collection across partner sites. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations. This position is established in support of expanded research activities.Job Related Minimum Required Education And ExperienceRequires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.Preferred QualificationsRequired Certification, Licensure/Other CredentialsExperience working with children, youth, or familiesMaster of Social Work, Education, or other related graduate degree in a human services field.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesKnowledge of early childhood development and trauma-informed practicesExperience in facilitating small groups with childrenFamiliarity with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and resilience frameworksAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partnersExcellent public speaking and training skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulationsJob DutiesJob DutyFacilitates weekly P4 groups within designated school districts (e.g., Lexington School District 3), including developing and maintaining weekly lesson plans, attendance records, and progress documentation.
