REAL ESTATE LOAN OFFICER

This position will be housed in one of our Missoula branch locations. Exact location to be determined at hire.Position General Responsibilities:Originate secondary market real estate loans. Represents the Bank in community activities.Education, Experience and Certification RequirementsNote: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management.Minimum Qualifications:• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.• Sales Oriented.• Previous mortgage lending experience.• Have strong group of local contacts for business development or ability to develop a strong referral source.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Knowledge of secondary market loan process preferred but not required.Dimensions of the Job:Handle the origination and processing for secondary real estate loans and development of new business.
