Responsible for all store functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training/coaching of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion control, cleanliness, and customer service when Manager is not present. Bella began to blend other types of American cuisines into the traditional Asian style egg roll, and Rock N Rolls was born.
