Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) - Hudson, NYJob type:Full-Time/Part-Time (Onsite)Schedule:Monday - Friday (Days) One weekend day per month requiredSetting: Outpatient Private Practice Job Overview:We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. This role emphasizes preventive care, health promotion, and patient-centered service within a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver outpatient primary care across the lifespan, including wellness exams and disease management.Perform office-based procedures such as EKG, spirometry, pap smears, IUD placement, and minor dermatologic care.Utilize EMR systems effectively (Amazing Charts preferred) to document and manage patient care.Collaborate with administrative and clinical support staff to ensure efficient practice operations.Qualifications:Board Certification (or eligibility) in Family MedicineActive New York medical license (or willingness to obtain; costs covered).Outpatient GYN experience required.Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Amazing Charts a plus.Strong commitment to patient-centered care; experience in LGBTQ+ care encouraged.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary ($220,000-$275,000 based on experience) plus productivity bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package: health, life, disability, 401(k) with match, CME allowance, malpractice coverage ( FOR FULL TIME POSITION ONLY ), PTO.Flexible scheduling in an outpatient private practice setting with supportive team culture.
