As the Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations to ensure optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Branch Manager your key responsibilities will include:Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all departments function in alignment with company goalsPartner with Senior Management and Business Unit Leads to execute strategic initiativesManage the branch profit & loss, reviewing and optimizing revenue, margins, expenses and profitabilityAnalyze customer activity, identify service gaps, and develop engagement strategies with Business Unit LeadsPartner with Sales & Rentals to develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and capture market opportunitiesHire, lead, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary teamConduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and employee development plansChair the Branch Safety Committee and reinforce safety as a core daily valueEncourage cross-functional cooperation and shared accountability across all roles and departmentsRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a multi-departmental or branch management roleExperience in material handling, industrial equipment, or automotive service industries is an asset, but not requiredStrong financial literacy and business acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIsProven ability to lead diverse teams and build a collaborative, high-performance cultureDemonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and resolve escalations effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)Valid driver's license requiredAbility to travel locally an assetBenefits & PerksLeavitt Machinery USA is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees:Company-matched 401K contributionsComprehensive and competitive medical health care planMedical benefits and extended health service coveragePrescription drug coverageDental plan and vision planTelehealth plan with MDLiveLife insurance and disability insuranceEmployee assistance programsOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesCompany phone and laptopCompany vehicleThe base pay range for this role is: $125,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience.This is an onsite role based in Auburn, WA.Leavitt Machinery would like to thank all applicants for their interest, however, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
