Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Traveling Superintendents and Project Managers located in Round Rock, TX. The role requires overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing budgets, and maintaining construction safety standards. The candidates will work directly with the project team to coordinate schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure project completion on time and within budget. Qualifications Experience with Commercial Construction and Quality Control practicesStrong Supervisory Skills for effectively managing teams and subcontractorsExpertise in managing Construction Safety regulations and protocolsProficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projectsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel as needed and adapt to varying project environmentsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plusPMP Certification or similar credentials is advantageous
