Senior Functional Analyst

The ideal Functional Analyst candidate can be fully remote, will support hyper growth, and will drive requirements gathering, functional solution design, codeless BMIDE configuration, workflow development, and user acceptance testing across core PLM processes, including part and BOM management, document control, engineering changes, and integrations with CAD, ERP, MES, eQMS, and other enterprise systems.ResponsibilitiesDefine and translate business requirements into Teamcenter functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration strategies, while leading fit-gap assessments between current and future-state processes and Teamcenter X out-of-the-box functionality.Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and serves as the primary functional liaison to the Principal Developer for Teamcenter X, Teamcenter X administrators, infrastructure engineering teams, and Siemens or systems integration partners. Promotes process standardization, ensures alignment with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and drives measurable business results.Lead the transition from Aras to Teamcenter X, translating product development and change management requirements into configured and validated Teamcenter solutions that comply with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and ISO 27001 standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related science orMinimum 7 years of progressive experience as a Teamcenter functional analyst, business analyst, or PLM consultant supporting Siemens Teamcenter (Teamcenter Unified, Teamcenter 11/12/13/14 or later, or Teamcenter X)Strong experience configuring Teamcenter workflows (Workflow Designer) and signoff processesDemonstrated hands-on experience configuring Teamcenter using BMIDE (codeless), including item types, forms, LOVs, deep-copy rules, GRM relationships, access manager (AM) rules, organization, and project structures.
